1 - Pilot

When former Princeton music professor Arthur Cochran unexpectedly stumbles into choir practice at a small-town church, he finds a group of singers that are out of tune in more ways than one. Despite their differences, he and his new cohorts may just help each other reinvent.

2 - Fork Fest

Arthur defies local customs, and the choir pays for his rudeness. For Cashs sake, Ginny vows to say nothing bad about Wayne.

3 - No Time for Losers

Arthur helps Ginny conquer stage fright. Reverend Jax is caught in the rift between Wayne and Dwayne.

4 - Hunting Season

When Arthur is faced with a choir rebellion, he decides -- against Ginnys advice -- to take on Adams, the groups alpha, at their annual deer hunting trip. Wayne takes Cash on his first hunting trip to teach him how to be a man.

5 - It's Electric

Arthur deals with Jeans father, who attempts to take their family houseboat back. Reverend Jax hosts a singles night, where Ginny and Dwayne finally address the elephant in their relationship.

6 - Halle-Boo-Yah

When Ginny tries to step into a new management role at work, Arthur helps her overcome her fears of inadequacy. When Dwayne opts out of a longstanding Halloween tradition, Wayne fears that they are growing apart.

7 - Rivalry Week

After Pastor Magnus invites the Second First Choir to perform at the Church of Perpetual Praise, Arthur resolves to sound better than ever to spite him. Ginny spirals when Arthur adds a new singer from her past to the choir.

8 - Any Given Monday

Reverend Jax asks Arthur to watch the church for him. As parishioners come to him with problems, Arthur believes he can best help them with reason rather than with the ways of the church. Jax also asks Wayne to pick up Adams from the hospital.

9 - Thanks-taking

Jax convinces Arthur to join the choirs progressive Thanksgiving dinner and snoop in choir members homes to find a missing item. Meanwhile, Adams invites her handsome contractor to dinner as a set-up for Ginny, but he has something else in mind.

10 - A Very Jax Christmas

Reverend Jaxs parents make an unexpected visit, and arent impressed by his ministry. When Arthur finds out they are fans of his, he resolves to help them see Jax differently. Ginny and Wayne begin a holiday fling.

11 - Know When to Walk Away

Ginny and Wayne worry about the possible consequences of their fling, and about Cashs chances at the local pageant. When they learn Arthur is to be a judge, they hope to be able to influence his decision. Adams attitude to the rumour that she killed her missing husband upsets Karl.

12 - Hymn-a-Thon

The choir decide to hold an all night hymn-a-thon to try to raise funds for their trip to the regionals. Arthurs only remaining supporter at Princeton arrives in town, leading Arthur to hope that he is going to get his old job back.
